Strictly No Returns
All saree purchases are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, change of choice, colour preference or any other personal reason.
No Returns
Sarees cannot be returned after purchase due to change of mind, change of colour preference, personal preference or incorrect selection by the customer.
Order Selection
Please carefully check the product, colour, quantity and other details before completing your order.
Final Purchase
Once an order has been confirmed, the purchase is considered final subject to the damage claim process described below.
Colour Variation
Saree colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual device screen settings.
Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that your saree arrives damaged, please follow the unpacking procedure below.
In case of damage, please record a full unpacking video from the sealed package before opening. This video is mandatory for any damage claim.
